Dualmat is a static dissipative industrial grade elastomer designed for use on table and other grounded work bench surfaces. Material is as durable as rigid laminates and as comfortable and appealing as rubber or vinyl mats. Will not outgas or contaminate clean room environments. The mat is suitable for use with constant monitor systems.
Electrical properties are volume dissipative. Decay time 0.05 seconds for 100 volts to 50 volts per FTM 101C Method 4046. It includes a lifetime warranty on electrical resistance (107 - 109) when tested per ANSI/ESD S20.20. See Mat & Table Top Cleaner.
The material conforms to ESD and lead-free requirements, including ASTM F-150, NFPA-99, ANSI/ESD STM 7.1, UL-779, EN 100015, DIN 51953, ANSI/ESD S20.20, EC 61340-5-1, and is RoHS compliant. Free from halogens, lead, arsenic, barium, phthalate plasticizers, vinyl monomer, asbestos, formaldehyde, antimony, chromium and cadmium.
The reversible mat comes with one side colored and the other side black. Colors are Green (imprinted "Lead Free Environments"), Light Blue, Royal Blue and Dark Gray. The colored side has an embossed finish for glare reduction and easy cleaning.
