An all-in-one maintenance cleaning and polishing floor system designed for general maintenance departments and janitorial services, is being introduced by VIC International, the company that introduced polished concrete into the U.S.

Named the VIC Extended Life Floor Maintenance Program, the four-step system represents the company's first entree into the general maintenance and janitorial arena evolving from the polished concrete industry.

The package consists of: a VIC 20-inch high-speed burnishing machine, a Dustcontrol 2800 110-volt vacuum, exclusive high-speed diamond maintenance pads offering three polishing grits, the VIC Extended Life floor cleaner and conditioner, and Bellatrix, the concrete floor conditioner. Both are green products and are from VIC International's partnership with W. R. Meadows, the 80-year-old pioneer in quality construction products.

VIC'S 20-inch burnishing machine features a two-speed (1,000/2,000 RPMs), 1.5 horsepower 115V/60Hz motor, a 50-foot 14-3 ST fixed power cord, and a multi-V belt. Complementing the high-speed burnisher is the Dustcontrol vacuum system featuring a heavy-duty chassis with big wheels for ease of use, a 110V motor and a self-bagging system.\

The suggested retail price for the VIC Extended Life Floor Maintenance Program is $4,995.

The four-step VIC Extended Life Floor Maintenance Program consists of:

1 – polish with the 1,000 grit diamond burnishing pad for a low luster finish;

2 – polish with the 1,500 grit diamond burnishing pad for a mid-level gloss finish;

3 – polish with the 3,000 grit diamond burnishing pad for a high-gloss finish, and finally,

4 – apply Bellatrix™, the green concrete floor enhancer and barrier protector.

Bellatrix provides a durable, long-lasting, high-gloss, stain-blocking, breathable barrier protecting against tire marks and heavy foot traffic as well as liquid spills of all types. Once the four-step program is completed, VIC International recommends that the VIC Extended Life Cleaner and Conditioner, a custom blended cleaner combination, be applied and used as the regular floor cleaner for best maintenance results.
