Robert A. Gail (Bob) Gail was named president of Continental Commercial Products, (CCP).

David Maroun will be moving back to the USA in August and will be promoted to Vice President Business Development at San Jamar World. Ken Murray will become President of San Jamar North America Commercial Products, focusing on profitably building and managing the Food Service and Jan San Commercial business in the US and Canada. Jim Costelloe will become Corporate Vice President of Operations, supporting all three divisions in the development of new products and global supply chain activities.
Richard L. Keyser, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of W. W. Grainger, Inc., a provider of facility maintenance products, received the prestigious Marco Polo Award during a banquet held at the Diaoyutai State Guest House. Cascades Tissue Group announces new appointments in the company’s Customer Service Department. Maureen Durie will oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service department. The company also introduces two new Customer Service Reps - Linda Juers will handle the Northeast Customers and Charlotte Seward will handle customers from the Southeast, Southwest & West.
