Effective May 9, 2009, all Illinois K-12 public and nonpublic schools are required to comply with the Illinois Green Cleaning for Schools Act. This session will provide an overview of the impetus behind the Illinois Green cleaning legislation and an overview of the requirements and recommendations set forth in the Illinois Guidelines and Specifications for the Green Cleaning Schools Act.
