How can wipes prevent its spread? The jan/san industry is the first line of defense when it comes to containing the spread of this illness. Start by following the proper cleaning guidelines set forth to prevent the spread of regular flu. The portability of wipes makes it easier than ever to cleanse hands and disinfect surfaces. Use wipes to:

• Disinfect commonly touched surfaces such as railings, doors, light switches and shared office equipment
• Sanitize hands when soap and water are not available. The CDC recommends alcohol-based disposable hand wipes or gel sanitizers.
